These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by London Diagnostics Clinic (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible via www.londondiagnosticsclinic.com. By booking an appointment, receiving services, or interacting with our team, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

London Diagnostics Clinic offers the following services:

  • Legal and non-legal DNA testing (paternity, maternity, sibling, grandparent, immigration, prenatal, etc.)

  • Drug and alcohol testing (urine, rapid, hair follicle)

  • Phlebotomy and laboratory sample collection

  • STD and HIV testing

  • Specialist logistics for biological samples (blood, stem cells, embryos)

All services are offered by appointment only at our clinic, approved commercial testing locations, or via hand-carry sample collection. We do not provide in-home drug testing unless arranged through our mobile courier service.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our website.

  • Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

  • Clients must arrive on time; a 10-minute grace period will be honoured. Late arrivals may require rescheduling.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.

  • Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to staff availability.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and approved business transfers.

  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered or a sample has been collected.

4. Legal and Court-Admissible Testing

  • We partner with UKAS-accredited laboratories to ensure legal DNA test results meet chain-of-custody and court standards.

  • Clients must notify us if a test is intended for legal purposes at the time of booking.

  • Non-legal tests may not be admissible in UK courts.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete client information.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • All personal information and test results are treated confidentially and in accordance with UK GDPR and industry standards.

  • Results are only released to authorised parties designated on consent or chain-of-custody forms.

  • We will not disclose results to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

6. Result Delivery Times

  • DNA testing: 2–5 business days

  • Rapid drug screening: 15–30 minutes

  • Hair follicle and lab-based drug tests: 2–5 business days

  • Clinic screens: 1–3 business days

Delays may occur due to lab processing, holidays, or incomplete documentation.

7. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful personal information

  • Follow instructions from staff and collectors

  • Respect professional boundaries

  • Not use services for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

  • London Diagnostics Clinic is a collection and testing service provider; laboratories conduct all analysis.

  • We are not liable for laboratory delays, inconclusive results, or third-party processing issues.

  • We are not responsible for legal, employment, or personal outcomes based on test results.

  • Test results rely solely on the accuracy of the sample submitted and processed by the laboratory.

9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone:

  • Who is disrespectful, threatening, or disruptive

  • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Who fails to follow safety protocols

  • Whose request falls outside the scope of our services

10. Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to authorise testing.

  • For minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and documentation.

11. Re-Testing and Disputes

  • Re-testing may incur additional fees.

  • Clients are responsible for re-collection fees if a specimen is rejected due to error or tampering.

  • Disputes must be directed to the testing laboratory.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable UK law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
